We’re thrilled to announce new product updates today. Our engineering team never gets tired of making our product better for you, so you can have the best experience at all times. We recently introduced some new features focused on a more modern (and faster!) user experience and this month there are even more updates to share with you. Let’s see what’s in this month’s release.
The updates include:
- Improved geolocation support
- Support for the predominantly Russian-focused VK.com (formerly Vkontakte) in Breaking Burner
- State-of-the-art authorization server added to the management platform
Improved Location Support
You are able to target your geo area even more specific than you were used to, with improved radius – now available in meters. It’s extremely user-friendly. Where you previously were able to filter a specific town or city, as of today you can also pick your point of interest and choose the radius.
This means that you can now more accurately determine your location and the area around it. Reporting from the scene was never this easy!
VK.com Integration
VK.com (VK) is the largest European social network, originating in and primarily focused on Russia. Like most social networks, the site’s core functionality is based on sharing photos, status updates and links with friends.
Starting today, VK photo content can be integrated as a social media source in Breaking Burner. AllHockey.ru is the first site incorporating VK integration into their curated social streams. Authorization Server
An exciting new step moving our platform forward is the introduction of our authorization server. We’re always working on new ways to make our management platform more mature and sustainable. With this new functionality, you’ll be able to access all applications with one single login. It’s state-of-the-art and this authorization server is a very important architectural component when it comes to security. No more hassle with multiple accounts!
